1、 Product Overview:

KCHM-60G touch screen fully automatic Hasselblad grinderDesigned and manufactured according to GB/T 2565-2014 "Method for Determining the Grindability Index of Coal", this product has a compact structure, is easy to use, and is easy to operate. It is mainly used for analyzing the grindability index of coal in laboratory tests and experiments in industries such as coal, electricity, metallurgy, and chemical engineering.

2、 Working principle:

The machine consists of a base, an electrical control box, a motor, a grinding set (spur gear, weight block, spindle, grinding ring, steel ball, grinding bowl), a lifting mechanism, etc. During operation, the main shaft and grinding ring are driven by an electric motor through a variable speed device to run at a speed of 20 ± 0.5r/min. The grinding ring drives the rotation of 8 steel balls inside the grinding bowl, with a diameter of 25.4mm. The total vertical force applied to the steel balls by the weight, gear, spindle, and grinding ring is (284 ± 2) N. Grind the prepared coal sample with a range of particle sizes in a measuring bowl, then sieve, weigh, and obtain the grindability index based on the mass of the screened material.
